Quiet hotel, helpful staff. Sengokuhara Onsen district definitely deserves exploring. Booked a superior triple room with a heating system, a TV and a writing desk.

The view was NICE and the staff were awesome. Location met expectation. We really enjoyed the room. Great place for a city trip in Hakone.
